UKCPS Ltd is forging the way ahead in car parking solutions and we are happy to offer our customers a solution that is a proven method to deter and eradicate unlawful parking in a non confrontational, ethical and legal manner.

How It Works

Following your acceptance of the terms of the license agreement we (UKCPS Ltd) will erect the appropriate warning signs, issue parking permits to the relevant vehicles and will then monitor the premises for incorrectly parked vehicles.

If a vehicle is found to be parked without a permit or permission, or is not parked in a designated parking bay for that vehicle, the vehicle will receive a parking charge.

We then undertake in full the collection of the parking charge. Should the parking charge not be paid within 10 days from the date of issue, we obtain the vehicles licensing and keeper registration details from the DVLA and pursue the driver (and in certain circumstances the keeper) through the courts for recovery of the debt. During this process we expedite total confidentiality to both parties (you and the driver/keeper) and we are bound at all times by the BPA's code of conduct and the Data Protection Act.
